The Craftsman

Julien Drouin-Bouffard

is passionate about living things. Like an alchemist, he transforms the aromas of our local plants to bring out the best in them. The art of tea from Asia is for him a fascinating source of complex and subtle know-how, which he adapts to our terroir. A fervent lover of local food, he plays an active part in reducing our dependence on imports by sharing his passion through his infusions, participatory productions and workshops, with all the epicureans of this world.

The gatherers

Because I am not alone in this adventure!

Every summer, a team of hardworking harvesters follows me to Abitibi for two months to harvest the precious willowherb leaves. They bring them to me at the workshop, where I take over and transform them using my specialized machines. In 2025, they harvested just over 2 tons of fresh willowherb leaves! Thank you for your excellent work and commitment to contributing to Quebec’s first teas!
