The Craftsman
Creation is my passion
Julien Drouin-Bouffard
is passionate about living things. Like an alchemist, he transforms the aromas of our local plants to bring out the best in them. The art of tea from Asia is for him a fascinating source of complex and subtle know-how, which he adapts to our terroir. A fervent lover of local food, he plays an active part in reducing our dependence on imports by sharing his passion through his infusions, participatory productions and workshops, with all the epicureans of this world.

The gatherers
Because I am not alone in this adventure!
Every summer, a team of hardworking harvesters follows me to Abitibi for two months to harvest precious willowherb leaves. They bring them back to my workshop, where I take over and process them using my specialized machines. In 2025, they harvested just over 2 tons of fresh willowherb leaves! Thank you for your excellent work and dedication to contributing to Quebec’s first teas!
Team 2025: Marco, Frédéric, Audrée, Lôrel, Victor, and Marilyne.
